‘Make Jashore the first Smart City of the country’
Jashore is determined to stay ahead in the smart movement like digital city. From that plan, on Saturday afternoon, a discussion meeting titled 'What kind of students do we want in the construction of Smart Jashore' was held in the conference room of Vision 41 Tower in Karwan Bazar of the capital on Saturday afternoon.
Former Managing Director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority Bikarna Kumar Ghosh was the chief guest at the event organized by Jashore Student Community. In his speech, he advised the students of Jashore to stay ahead of digital technology and be smart by mastering Big Data, Blockchain and AI.
While speaking as the main speaker, the writer Anwara Syed Haque emphasized the smart naming of Jashore's RN road, including Rabindranath road, which has come out of different 'patties' by naming various roads after local notables.
Participating in the discussion, smart poet Md. Rahitul Islam said that since Jashore is the first digital city, the initiative to create a smart Bangladesh should start from this city. And only our smart students can advance this initiative. And smart students can't be disappointed. They must share with friends and people around. Should stick to the goal. And must be active in work.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Chhatra League Lekhok Bhattacharya was the special discussant in the meeting. The meeting was moderated by Jashore Student Community General Secretary Khaled Saifullah and presided over by the President of the organization Hasan Wali.
